This is for the client that is wanting to get their home on the market and sold in a timely fashion.  It could also for the homeowner looking to see how furniture pieces could look in any given space.  

Please note that M3 Interiors LLC is not a licensed realtor.  All suggestions are from the perspective of a designer.  M3 Interiors LLC will gladly assist in providing tips and tricks to make your home feel cozy, bright, and beautiful through furniture modification, cleaning techniques, lighting adjustments, and space planning.  Furniture rentals are available in the local Rochester area.  If this is required, additional conversations and budget will be discussed.  These suggestions are generally budget friendly, requiring minimal cosmetic upgrades and time.

COST: Starts at $400/room + furniture rental fees where applicable
