The Speltz residence were trying to determine if drastic changes and a full kitchen remodel were on the agenda, or if simple cosmetic upgrades and space-planning would take precedence. After obtaining the bids and speaking with a realtor it was determined that simple cosmetic upgrades and space-planning would give this client more bang for his buck. Contractors were hired to rid the ceiling of popcorn texture, mud, prime, and paint throughout. A neutral color palette was utilized giving this space a bright open concept, with warm undertones to make it feel warm & inviting. Furniture was rearranged in a way that visually made spaces more open and walkways less crowded. Welcome to the Traditional Ambrosia Space-Planning project!
Warm, neutrals bring light into the space and make it feel more open and airy. Darker cabinets, with brushed nickel hardware, provide a masculine feel. In contrast, the soft paint colors give it a feminine touch. Medium LVP with a darker bevel enhances the cabinetry, making this combo the perfect match.
