This renovation supports a vibrant family of four—two hardworking parents and their two sons—by enhancing three key areas: the back entry, laundry room, and primary bedroom. Blending modern and farmhouse aesthetics with moody undertones, the design features rich hues like gray, turquoise, and black. Emphasis was placed on texture, bold accents, and functional layouts to reflect the family’s active lifestyle. The result is a cohesive, expressive home that balances style with everyday practicality.

The scope of the renovation includes three key areas: the back entry, laundry room, and primary bedroom. In the back entry, durable materials and smart storage solutions support high-traffic use, while layered textures and bold accents establish a welcoming yet practical threshold. The laundry room was designed with efficiency and visual interest in mind, incorporating pops of color and tactile finishes to elevate a utilitarian space. In the primary bedroom, the design embraces a more intimate and serene palette, integrating moody hues with soft textures to create a restful retreat.

Throughout the home, emphasis was placed on the interplay between form and function. Textural contrast, strategic color placement, and intentional spatial planning converge to produce interiors that are both visually compelling and deeply livable.
